BREWING GUIDE

  1. ​Tea Leaf & Water: Use 2–2.5g of tea leaves with 200 ml of water heated to 90–95°C.
  2. ​Warm Teaware: Warm your teaware with hot water before brewing for the best temperature control.
  3. ​Infuse & Steep: Add the loose leaves, pour over freshly heated water, and steep for 3–4 minutes to allow the leaves to unfold naturally.
  4. ​Strain & Serve: Strain gently and serve immediately. Best enjoyed without milk or sugar.
  5. ​Second Infusion: The leaves may be infused again. Extend the brewing time slightly to explore the evolving character of the tea.
