BREWING GUIDE

TEA LEAF & WATER: Use 2–2.5 g of tea leaves with 200 ml of water heated to 80–85°C.

WARM TEAWARE: Warm your teaware with hot water before brewing to help maintain a consistent brewing temperature.

INFUSE & STEEP: Add the loose leaves, pour over freshly heated water, and steep for 2–3 minutes, allowing the leaves to gently unfold.

STRAIN & SERVE: Strain gently and serve immediately. Best enjoyed without milk or sugar.

SECOND INFUSION: The leaves may be infused again. Adjust the brewing time slightly to explore the evolving character of the tea.
